Global IT services provider FPT has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with trail, a Munich-based technology company specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) automation, to jointly advance next-generation AI governance and compliance solutions for enterprises navigating complex regulatory environments.

The collaboration brings together FPT’s global delivery capabilities, AI expertise, and scalable infrastructure with trail’s purpose-built AI governance platform. Together, the two companies aim to support organizations in managing AI-related risks, meeting regulatory requirements, and establishing transparent, secure, and trustworthy AI systems at scale.
Global enterprises can gain access to an integrated AI governance approach that combines centralized oversight of complex AI deployments with automated compliance and risk management capabilities. By reducing manual effort and accelerating implementation, the joint solution enables organizations to operationalize responsible AI more efficiently while maintaining regulatory readiness.
